Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs

My first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. This was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was the best. Everyone was very helpful, pleasant and friendly and really seemed like people who liked their job. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved their soaps and lotions. Fresh coffee was always available in the lobby. This was my 6th and last hotel stay on a trip to Texas from NC and back so I definitely recommend. The only thing I would have liked is having more restaurants that are walkable from the hotel. There was a Mexican restaurant which was walkable but not the safest walk. Sometimes once you get out of the car you don't want to get back in until you have to leave again.

Wow! What a great hotel! The staff were very friendly. The lobby has 24 hour coffee/hot cocoa and nice seating areas if you needed a space to work. Also had a pool table and some other games. The breakfast was definitely a step up from the typical continental hotel breakfast. Lots of options to customize your plate. The room was spotless, and the shower was amazing— great water pressure, i feel like a new person. Lots of places to eat nearby so good location too!

This hotel was a great choice for the band trip. Breakfast staff was amazing and kept up with making sure all the food was hot and the area was clean. The desk staff was so much fun and always asking how are you or can we get you anything. All around such a great place.

First time staying at Tru by Hilton. Reception & hotel staff were polite & very helpful! Clean place in a great location. Very nice selection of amenities. Interesting concept. Room was small & had a look/feeling of a combination of hospital waiting room & day care.

My stay at this hotel was great. The customer service was one of the best I've experienced in a long time. I think her name was Jamisha, she was at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful and she knew about the restaurants in the area and the closing times since it was kind of late. The hotel was very clean and smelled really nice. The downstairs area where the TVs were located was also always clean. The front desk lady that was there for my check out was also so very nice. I'm sorry I did not get her name as well. Overall the stay was great. Side note: the location of the hotel is literally right off the hwy so it's a bit noisy because you can hear ALL of the traffic. But overall I would def stay again.

I am just so amaze with the outstanding welcoming that was provided by all the staff, staring from the front lobby to the people that made breakfast to everyone that works their. Keep up the amazing service guy y’all are all some rockstar

I was in and out for this trip but my room was clean and the hotel was quiet! I don’t use the gym in hotels often but this trip i did! Smaller than my usual gym BUT still as affective

This hotel is definitely worth the stay. The rooms are cozy, the place is clean, the staff is welcoming and the breakfast was pretty good too. I stay here every visit! Give them a try you will not be disappointed!
